Conditions & Rules

Conditions of participation

Conditions for entering

  • A genuine desire to radically change the direction of one’s life.
  • Mandatory completion of the participant intake form.
  • Willingness to follow the Mission’s conditions — from first contact until return to independent life.
  • If the form cannot be completed, the person may call the Mission, and we will try to find other forms of help.

Rules during the program

  • Personal items are limited, especially at the start — only essentials such as clothing and hygiene items.
  • For at least the first ten days, phones, documents, and car keys are generally not allowed.
  • Participation in spiritual life is mandatory — it is a core part of the program.
  • In the early stage participants do not work, in order to focus on restoration; later, by agreement, they may combine the program with employment.
  • Breaking the rules leads to a conversation with the ministers; depending on severity, a warning or dismissal.
  • Participants may leave early, but are strongly encouraged to stay until the ministers agree they are ready.

For the safety and peace of everyone in the program, Mission leadership may decline admission or end a participant's stay. Such decisions are always made prayerfully and with care for the person.
